Our Process
Initial Consulation
Our first meeting is all about clarity, collaboration, and setting the stage for a successful project. During your initial consultation, we’ll go over your goals, expectations, and any limitations—whether they’re budget, timeline, or scope. We’ll also talk about how much design freedom you’d like us to have. Do you already have a full vision ready to go? Or would you prefer to collaborate and give me (Emma) a little wiggle room to make small design decisions along the way? And if your project needs a professional designer, we can recommend someone great—or work with the person you already have. The goal is to make sure we’re on the same page, so your project flows smoothly from start to finish.
Execution
Once every single detail is locked in—from the grout color to the perfect shade of paint—we get to work lining up all the right trades and building a clear project schedule. We focus on setting things up for a smooth, steady process, while still leaving room to adjust if any unexpected bumps come up along the way (because let’s be real—they usually do). With everything dialed in and well-communicated, we make sure your project flows with intention, care, and as little stress as possible.
Completion & Final Walkthrough
Before we call any project complete, I personally do my own thorough inspections and internal walk-throughs to make sure everything is up to the high standard we promise. Then, I walk through the entire project with you—the property owner—to really, really make sure nothing was missed, everything feels cohesive, and the finished space is exactly what you envisioned (or better). This step isn’t just about checking boxes—it’s about making sure you’re genuinely happy with the work and confident in the quality that will last.
